I had a question about my order and I was only really paying attention to whether the shipping info was right. Customer service got back to me quickly and cleared that part up. It wasn’t a perfect back-and-forth, but they handled it well enough and got things sorted

"Pretty decent vanilla beans, but I expected a little better??"
I ordered vanilla beans from slofoodgroup.com and they were okay overall. A few of them were soft and smelled really nice, but a couple were kind of dry and not as fragrant as I thought they’d be?? They still worked fine for making vanilla extract, so I can’t really complain too much. I just expected the quality to be a bit more consistent. Shipping was fine too, nothing special but no major issues. Would I order again?? Maybe, but I’m not totally sure.

"Good quality, shipping was just a little slow"
I ordered a few spices and overall I was happy with everything. When the package arrived, the spices smelled really fresh, and the packaging was solid too. The only thing was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The prices aren’t exactly the cheapest, but after trying them, I do feel like the quality makes it worth it. I’d probably order from them again...

"Secure packaging, but a bit tape-heavy"
The box arrived in great shape and everything was well protected, so no complaints there. Compared to some other companies I’ve ordered from, the packaging definitely felt more secure. The only thing is they used a little too much tape, so it took a bit of effort to open.

I ordered expecting it to show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping dragged on way longer than it should have. The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and getting nowhere. I’m just tired of having to chase updates and wait around for stuff that should be simple. For me, it wasn’t really worth the hassle.

I’ll give them some credit, the order itself wasn’t a total disaster, but getting a clear reply from support was way harder than it should’ve been. I emailed with what felt like a simple question, and the responses came back slow and a little rushed, like they were just trying to get through the inbox.
Maybe they were genuinely busy, and I’m sure they probably mean well, but I still never really got a straight answer. I had to repeat myself a few times, which made the whole thing more stressful than expected. I’m not saying I’d never consider them again, but I’d be hesitant unless their communication gets better

"Pretty trustworthy shop overall"
I ordered from slofoodgroup.com once and it was totally fine, like nothing dramatic to report, which is kind of what you want when you’re buying stuff online. The site seemed legit enough, tracking showed up like it was supposed to, and my order got to me packed well. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, and I did find myself checking for updates a bit more than I’d like, but nothing felt sketchy or off. I’d probably order from them again, I’d just hope the updates come through a little quicker next time.

"Reliable shipping, though not super quick"
I’ve ordered from slofoodgroup.com a few times now, and overall the shipping has been dependable. I got tracking updates along the way, and my orders arrived around when they were supposed to. One of the boxes showed up with a small dent, which wasn’t great, but thankfully everything inside was fine. It’s not the fastest shipping I’ve ever had, but it’s consistent and I haven’t run into any strange delays. I’d probably give them 4 stars.

I ordered the vanilla beans and some saffron, and the shipping was totally fine. I didn’t have no issues with that part. But the flavor just wasn’t coming through like I hoped, even when I used more than usual. For the price, it kinda didn’t feel worth it to me

"Fresh and worth the wait"
I ordered a few spices and some vanilla from slofoodgroup.com, the freshness was the first thing I noticed. As soon as I opened the bags, the smell was really strong in a good way, which made me feel like I got quality stuff.
Everything was packed neatly and looked clean when it arrived. The vanilla especially stood out to me because it was soft and moist, not dry or brittle like some I’ve bought from other places before.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that shipping took a little longer than I expected. Other than that, I’m happy with my order and would probably buy from them again.
